まず初めに、メンヘラとはいったい何でしょうか？
改めてインターネットで調べてみると、このような記述が出てきました。

まこねえが言うメンヘラ男子というのは、以下の通りです。
・非常に繊細
・人の気持ちがわかりすぎる
・傷つきやすい
・よって女性に対しても自信がない
・ひきこもりがち
世で一般的に言われているメンヘラとはちょっと違うかもしれません。
ただし、精神的に非常に繊細で、傷つきやすくデリケートという意味では、少しかぶっているところもあるかもしれません。
さて、ホロスコープで言うところのメンヘラ男子とは、どのような人のことを指すのか？というと、

角度というのは、月ー海王星が０°、９０°、１２０°、１８０°になっている人のことです。
